Hypnosis for anxiety

Alison Whiting 

I started to learn more about hypnosis about 10 years ago when I took NLP (Neurolinguistic Programming) classes at the NLP Center of NY. At that time, experiencing hypnosis for myself made me to want to give that gift to others, so I took hypnosis classes.

 

My life-changing experiences with hypnosis has lead to decreased stress & anxiety, and increased life satisfaction and happiness. I was able to effortlessly overcome inner conflict and habits that had negatively impacted me for a long time (rumination, teeth grinding, shingles lesions pain). I recently became a HypnoBirthing Educator, and am so excited to share those skills & techniques to expecting women and couples! As someone who was terrified of labor but then had a calm, gentle HypnoBirth, I feel so incredibly lucky to be able to teach others! I used to suffer from teeth grinding and other challenges that were fixed through hypnosis.  Learning to become unstuck from the 'loop' of anxieties and limiting thoughts is possible & life changing!
